Alicia
As an Advanced Practice Provider with over 16 years of experience in the medical field, I earned my undergraduate degree from UMass Dartmouth and my graduate degree from the University of New England. As a working mom of two, I understand how challenging it can be to balance a busy professional and personal life. With this website, my goal is to provide healthcare providers with the flexibility to complete modern, high-quality continuing education on the go or from the comfort of home. I’m committed to supporting your growth and development, no matter how hectic life gets.
Matt
As an Advanced Practice Provider with 17 years of experience in the medical field, I understand the challenges busy healthcare professionals face in advancing their careers. I earned my undergraduate degree from UMass Dartmouth and my graduate degree from Northeastern University. Driven by a passion for education and professional growth, I founded this business to provide APPs with accessible, comprehensive, and top-tier professional education. My goal is to make professional development more convenient and attainable, allowing you to continue growing without sacrificing your valuable time.

How do I earn gift cards?
By enrolling in one of our CME + rewards packages, you’ll earn gift cards just for completing courses. After completing the course, you’ll receive an email to claim your gift card and you can choose from over 100 stores and brands. It’s that easy!
Are your courses accredited?
Of course! All of our courses have been accredited through both the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA). Our courses have been designed and built by medical experts and advanced practice providers.
This means that you can receive reimbursement from your employer for these courses.
How long do I have access to the courses?
You’ll have access to the courses as long as you have an active account with Top Tier CME.
Can I access the courses on mobile devices?
While the courses are accessible on mobile devices, as with any online learning platform, we recommend accessing courses from a laptop or desktop for the best experience. You may want to have multiple tabs open with the course slides, reference guide and/or quiz and this is most easily accomplished on a laptop.
What payment methods do you accept?
All of our payments are processed through Stripe. This means you can use credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay to pay for your package. You will receive an email receipt/invoice which you can then submit to your employer for reimbursement.
